libapache2-mod-form-dev software package provides Apache module to decode data submitted from Web forms (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-form-dev
libapache2-mod-form-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-form-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-form-dev *
You will get with libapache2-mod-form-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
